This was the last album recorded by the Balham Alligators. It was recorded at The House In The Woods in Bletchingley and released by Proper in 1997. It includes a couple of new workings of some tracks from their repertoire and a stack of tunes cut for the first time. Their brief was to produce an album of mainly instrumental Cajun dance music…and it’s a mini-classic with over an hour of the finest dancing music you’re likely to hear this side of the Mississippi delta.
